my proactive philosophy

Why do we go to the dentist twice a year and brush our teeth 2x daily, yet we have no routine, professional care for our mind and spirit?  Like an instrument out of tune, we all get out of whack emotionally if we don't practice good emotional hygiene.

You don't have to wait until things get worse.  Psychotherapy is evidence-based and is proven to reduce distress and support achieving personal goals.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space, and build a trusting relationship.  Together we explore what keeps you in tune with your life, and what pulls you off track.  When we commit to internal growth, we give ourselves space to find our values and cultivate courage to take action from our highest self.

When we are aligned with our values we can reach our fullest potential, that is when our lives feel fulfilling, and our hearts feel at peace.
